Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and strategic

Business Development Manager

to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business strategy within the software or IT services domain. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strong client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to deliver customized technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups Understand client requirements and propose relevant software development solutions Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage post-sales client engagement Prepare and deliver effective business proposals, presentations, and RFP responses Collaborate with marketing teams to support lead generation and brand visibility efforts Track business performance, prepare sales forecasts, and present insights to senior management Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor analysis

Requirements:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in the IT/software services industry Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong understanding of software development services, SaaS, and technology consulting Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) Ability to lead sales teams and manage key accounts Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and market insight

Preferred Skills:



Experience working with international clients (US, UK, UAE, etc.) Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Clutch, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value
