Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive

Project & Business Development Manager

to drive retail expansion and manage store development projects. The role involves

site acquisition, vendor management, fit-out execution, and maintenance

of existing stores, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new retail locations; conduct feasibility and lease negotiations. Lead new store development--design approvals, project timelines, budgets, and vendor supervision. Manage end-to-end fit-out execution with contractors and vendors. Build and maintain vendor networks; oversee performance and compliance. Develop preventive/reactive maintenance schedules and handle escalations. Track budgets, contracts, and provide regular project reports. Conduct market visits, track competitor locations, and generate new leads.

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; MBA preferred. 3+ years' experience in retail store development, project management, and vendor handling. Strong expertise in leasing, fit-outs, budgeting, and maintenance. Proficiency in MS Office, project tools, AutoCAD (preferred). Market knowledge of South India; willingness to travel extensively. Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹1,035,249.59 - ₹1,110,954.87 per year
