Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential customers, present services, and convert leads into active clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the international courier sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
Negotiate rates, contracts, and agreements to close deals.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Prior experience in
international courier, freight forwarding, or logistics industry
is mandatory.
Proven ability in
field sales/client acquisition
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently.
Knowledge of customs, restricted items, and shipping regulations preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
