Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in target sectors (healthcare, hospitality, education).
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, purchase heads, admin teams, and decision-makers.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to convert leads into contracts.
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, lead generation, and proposal development.
Prepare and deliver customized pitches, proposals, and quotations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy.
Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, activities, and outcomes in CRM tools.
Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients in coordination with operations and customer service teams.
Key Requirements:
MBA/Graduate with 5-7 years of experience in B2B Sales (preferred industries: facility management, laundry services, hospitality, healthcare solutions).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building abilities and consultative selling approach.
Comfortable with travel for client acquisition and relationship management.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
