Identify, build, and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, salons, clinics, and other industry stakeholders.
Explore new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, seminars, and workshops.
Represent the institute at education fairs, beauty expos, and community events to enhance brand presence.
Provide insights on market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
Manage and track the business development pipeline, ensuring consistent growth and lead conversion.
Admissions & Student Engagement
Respond promptly to admission inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Explain courses, certifications (e.g., CIDESCO), fee structures, and career opportunities to prospective students.
Convert leads into sales by addressing potential students' concerns and objections effectively.
Utilize strong sales skills to influence and persuade potential students to enroll in our courses.
Conduct regular follow-ups and nurture leads through the decision-making process.
Achieve and exceed monthly targets for admissions, revenue, and fee collection.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, student data, and enrollment status.
Coordinate admission interviews, entrance tests, and onboarding processes.
Collaborate with trainers and current students to generate referral leads and build a pipeline.
Assist with orientation programs and ensure a smooth transition for new students.
Support marketing campaigns and participate in events, webinars, and campus tours as needed.
