Role Overview
We are looking for a
Business Development Manager
to lead growth in the
Employee Transportation Services (ETS)
space and build strong relationships with
MNC clients
in Chennai. The role will focus on driving new business, managing key accounts, and strengthening Sparrow Mobility's position as a preferred partner for corporates.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard
MNCs and large enterprises
for ETS contracts.
Build long-term client relationships with HR, admin, and facilities teams.
Develop tailored mobility solutions (shuttle, first/last mile, fleet leasing).
Drive revenue growth through corporate partnerships and long-term contracts.
Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to refine strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
5+ years of business development experience in
ETS, mobility, logistics, or B2B services
.
Strong network with
MNCs, corporates, and facility management firms
in Chennai.
Proven track record in winning and managing large accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
