The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of driving growth of the company. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding the company's footprint globally.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate potential new markets and opportunities for business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities in global markets.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in international markets to increase brand presence and sales.
Achieve sales and revenue targets by identifying new clients and opportunities in international markets.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and pricing models tailored to each client's needs.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns for international markets.
Monitor and report on performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
3-4 years of proven experience in business development.
Strong understanding of international business practices, market dynamics, and cultural nuances.
Experience in B2B sales, market entry strategies, and developing key business partnerships across borders.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to drive sales and revenue growth in international markets.
