Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Market Expansion:

Identify, engage, and convert potential clients within the IT sector.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term, strategic partnerships to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.

Sales Strategy Development:

Design and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve business targets.

Market Research & Analysis:

Stay ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

Proposal & Presentation Development:

Prepare compelling business proposals and pitch solutions effectively.

Negotiation & Deal Closure:

Manage end-to-end sales cycles, lead contract negotiations, and close profitable deals.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

Monitor sales performance and provide insights to senior management.

Client Retention & Growth:

Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.

Key Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum

1-3 years

in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in IT services/solutions.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (

MBA preferred

).
