Business Development Manager

to lead strategic partnerships, corporate tie-ups, and referral networks for our Ayurvedic Hospital. This role is ideal for a motivated professional passionate about healthcare and holistic wellness, looking to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and establish

corporate partnerships

to drive patient inflow and brand recognition. Build and nurture a strong

referral network

with wellness centers, practitioners, and influencers in the health domain. Develop and execute

awareness and promotional campaigns

to increase brand visibility in target markets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. Represent the hospital at events, expos, and other industry forums. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies with business goals. Track performance metrics and prepare periodic reports for senior management.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of experience

in business development, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality sectors. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Proven track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships. Passionate about Ayurveda and holistic health practices.
