TVE Certification Services Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand market reach, and build strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, promoting ISO Certification Services, Lead Auditor Training Programs, and other organizational offerings. Strong communication skills, target-driven approach, and industry networking capabilities are essential.

Experience Requirements:

3+ years preferred experience in Business Development / Sales / Marketing Experience in ISO Certification Body / Training Academy / Consulting company preferred Proven track record in lead generation, corporate client conversion & business growth B2B sales exposure will be an added advantage

Education Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Engineering / Any Discipline MBA in Marketing / International Business preferred (not mandatory) ISO basic knowledge preferred (ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 etc.) Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor certification will be an added advantage

Skills & Other Requirements:

Excellent communication & presentation skills Strong negotiation & client relationship management skills Capable of working towards defined monthly business goals Good networking ability in industrial & corporate sectors Willingness to travel when required for business activities Self-driven, result-oriented and professional attitude
