Business Development Manager Morais City is a leading real estate property based in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our client base bringing in investments through marketing and sales, driving revenue growth for the company. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
3. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
4. Close sales deals to achieve individual and team targets
5. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical departments, to develop effective sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
7. Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and profitability for both the company and clients.
8. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress using CRM software.
9. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.
10. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our solutions to clients. Requirements:
1. Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Sales, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.
4. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
5. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals.
6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Knowledge of the Tiruchirappalli real estate market and understanding of the technology industry trends in the region.
9. Ability to communicate in the local language Tamil and English 10. Willingness to travel locally and occasionally nationally, as required.
