To strengthen our presence in Maharashtra, we are hiring a
Business Development Manager
who understands Ayurveda, skin treatments, and patient-oriented healthcare services.
Role & Responsibilities
Drive business growth for
Ayurvedic skin treatments, Panchakarma therapies, and wellness programs
.
Promote
Ayurvedic skin care solutions
including Psoriasis, Vitiligo, Eczema, Acne, and other chronic skin conditions.
Develop partnerships with
Ayurvedic doctors (BAMS), Panchakarma centers, skin clinics, hospitals, wellness centers, and medical consultants
.
Support and coordinate
Ayurvedic counselling sessions
and patient onboarding.
Plan and execute
Panchakarma promotion campaigns
, health camps, and awareness programs.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and digital campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
Ensure ethical promotion aligned with Ayurvedic and medical guidelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills
? Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Ayurveda, Life Sciences, or related field
? 3-7 years experience in healthcare / Ayurvedic / skin treatment sales or business development
? Strong understanding of
Ayurvedic skin treatments and Panchakarma procedures
? Experience in
patient counselling, healthcare service promotion, or clinic operations
? Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
? Ability to work independently in field and clinic environments
? Willingness to travel across Thane & Pune regions
