Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Business Development Manager

to join our Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing strategic accounts, and driving growth within the enterprise sales division. The ideal candidate will have

2 to 4 years of experience in sales within the banking, payments, verification and fintech industry

, with a strong background in handling enterprise clients. This role is critical in nurturing long-term relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and expanding our footprint in the market.

Roles and Responsibilities



Acquire new business accounts and onboard them into the portfolio. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts to drive revenue growth. Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Understand unique client goals, challenges, and requirements to offer tailored, value-driven solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor key account performance metrics such as revenue, usage, satisfaction, and retention; prepare regular performance reports for management. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights to clients. Conduct periodic business reviews to ensure overall customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities. Meet clients regularly to strengthen relationships and understand evolving business needs.

Requirements & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

2 to 4 years of experience in sales

, preferably in the

payments, B2B, fintech, or banking sector

. Proven track record in acquiring new accounts and successfully managing and expanding key accounts. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. Willingness to travel daily to meet clients and participate in industry events
