Role & Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads through various sources such as calls, walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, and campaigns
Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners
Counsel prospective students about courses, programs, and career opportunities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to improve lead conversion
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the education sector
Conduct follow-ups and close admissions effectively
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of
lead generation and conversion
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in
Education / EdTech sales
Target-oriented and result-driven approach
Good interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Minimum 18 months of experience in Business Development (Education sector preferred)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Immediate joiner or short notice period
Graduate in any discipline
