Role Summary
As a Unit Manager / Business Development Manager in Insurance Agency Channel, you will recruit, develop, and manage a team of health-insurance advisors in the assigned location, focusing on driving need-based health-insurance sales and advisor productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard insurance advisors/agents
Train and support advisors on ABHI products and regulatory compliance
Drive daily activity and track advisor performance
Conduct joint field calls to help advisors close cases
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for premium and case count
Ensure high persistency and quality of business
Maintain strong relationships with customers and represent ABHI
Candidate Profile & Conditions
Age 32 or below
Graduate (full-time degree only)
1-3 years of BFSI sales experience in the local market
CIBIL score above 650
No sourcing from Niva Bupa Health Insurance or Care Health Insurance
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed CTC up to ?4.99 LPA
