A Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in the financial services sector, overseeing and managing the sales team responsible for promoting and selling insurance products through banking partnerships. Role and Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Responsible for keeping liaison with the bank collaborates and deliver business plans. \xc2\xb7 Identify sales opportunities through performing reviews and trends and propose business solutions. \xc2\xb7 Build and maintain good relationship with Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Regional Manager and Branches. \xc2\xb7 Effectively manage and maintain the assigned staffs in matters to ensure the achievement of area production target in the assigned Bank branch. \xc2\xb7 Ensure the training is delivered to sakes team and collaborate with operations team. \xc2\xb7 Provide a regular reporting to the Head of Bancassurance and the relevant parties.
