Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Business Development Manager

to help grow our business by finding new clients, building strong relationships, and increasing sales opportunities. The candidate will work closely with the sales and management teams to support company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities Meet potential clients and explain company products/services Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers Achieve sales and revenue targets Prepare proposals, quotations, and basic presentations Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding Track leads, follow up regularly, and update sales reports Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:

1-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and achieve targets Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools Willingness to meet clients and travel locally if required Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
