We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT services and bidding processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth through successful bidding on IT projects. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to position the company as a leader in IT services. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Identify client needs and collaborate with the technical team to propose suitable IT solutions. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets. Identify and prioritize key target markets and industries for business expansion. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other channels. Qualify leads based on the company\'s capabilities and strategic goals. Manage the end-to-end bidding process, from identifying opportunities to preparing and submitting compelling proposals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and ensure accurate representation in proposals. Conduct negotiations with clients to finalize contract terms and agreements. Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the leadership team. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution. Communicate client expectations and requirements effectively to internal stakeholders. Qualification Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the IT services industry. Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and more. Demonstrated success in winning bids and securing contracts. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
