We're hiring a Business Development Manager for one of the most innovative Creative Marketing Agency based in Jaipur.
Role Overview
We're looking for a Business Development Manager who can take ownership of new business acquisition and revenue growth. This is a hands-on role you'll be expected to generate leads, run sales conversations, close deals, and help build a scalable business development process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own the business development pipeline from lead generation to closure
2. Drive outbound and inbound sales efforts (calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, partnerships)
3. Identify and pitch relevant marketing solutions based on client needs
4. Close new clients and build long-term business relationships
5. Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to improve lead quality and conversions
6. Prepare proposals, pricing, and basic sales documentation
7. Contribute to building and improving sales processes and strategies as the agency scales
What We're Looking For
1. Atleast 2 years of experience in business development / sales, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency
2. Strong understanding of digital marketing services (performance marketing, social media, web, content, etc.)
3. Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets
4. Comfortable with cold outreach, negotiations, and client presentations
5. Good communication and relationship-building skills
6. Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
