Key Responsibilities
Identify and target new business opportunities across IT and digital solution domains.
Generate leads through various channels -- LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and references.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients.
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Collaborate with the pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT.
2-8 years of experience in
Business Development / IT Sales / Client Acquisition

Strong understanding of IT solutions,or digital transformation services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve targets
