Role Overview



The

Business Development Manager (Client Acquisition)

will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and converting prospects into active projects.
You'll be the face of MSM Coretech Innovations -- driving growth through proactive client engagement and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and target new business opportunities across IT and digital solution domains. Generate leads through various channels -- LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and references. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients. Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales and revenue targets. Collaborate with the pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution. Maintain an updated sales pipeline Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT. 2-8 years of experience in

Business Development / IT Sales / Client Acquisition

. Strong understanding of IT solutions,or digital transformation services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to achieve targets
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
