Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve student enrollment targets.
Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries, counsel students and parents about courses.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and institutional tie-ups.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, seminars, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to enhance brand presence.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads regularly.
Prepare daily/weekly admission and inquiry reports for management.
Build and manage a small team of counselors or field executives (if applicable).
