This role requires a proactive, analytical, and client-centric professional with a deep understanding of management consulting services and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across consulting verticals (HR, Strategy, Process, Operations, and Technology) -
Manage
Client acquisition , Revneue targets
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Create and implement business development plans aligned with the firm's growth strategy.
Develop proposals, pitch decks, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client needs and collaborate with internal consulting teams to develop customized solutions.
Coordinate with consulting, marketing, and project management teams for smooth client onboarding.
Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to represent the firm.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client data, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
Prepare periodic reports on business growth, client engagement, and revenue forecasts.
