We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for building and expanding business networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company objectives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
Conduct client presentations and product/service demonstrations
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies
Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline data
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
3+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
