Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Acquire clients for LED frame advertising campaigns.
Bring clients for TVCs, brand films, corporate videos, product videos, and digital content.
End?to?end sales: Lead generation ? Pitching ? Negotiation ? Closure.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate client communication.
Maintain daily sales reporting and weekly performance updates.
Build long?term client relationships through consistent follow?ups.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS (Mandatory)

3-10 years hardcore B2B/B2C sales experience.
Experience in Advertising / Marketing / Media / Production sales preferred.
Excellent spoken & written English.
Strong negotiation, pitching, and closing skills.
Must be self?driven & target?oriented.
Ability to work remotely without supervision.
Laptop + strong internet connection is mandatory.
PERFORMANCE TARGETS

LED Advertising: 6-8 confirmed closures per month.
TVC/Video Production: 2-3 confirmed closings per month.
Combined monthly revenue targets must be achieved.
Continuous non?performance will result in strict action including termination.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
