Job Summary



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our IT staffing and recruiting consultancy business. The BDM will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth by offering customized IT staffing, recruitment, and consulting solutions. This role requires strong sales expertise, market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT staffing, recruitment, and consulting services Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, HR leaders, and decision-makers Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams for timely delivery Present proposals, negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize revenue Track sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and hiring demands Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field Proven experience in IT staffing, recruitment sales, or consultancy business development Strong understanding of IT technologies, hiring models (Contract, C2H, Permanent) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets Experience using CRM tools and MS Office Strong relationship-building and account management skills

Preferred Qualifications



Experience working with US / UK / India staffing markets Existing client network or proven client acquisition success Knowledge of ATS, VMS, and staffing compliance processes
