Hiring: Business Development Manager - Tech Outsourcing (US Market)
We are looking for an experienced
Business Development Manager
with a strong background in the
Tech Outsourcing / IT Services industry
, who can drive growth in the
US market
.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for
lead generation, client acquisition, and onboarding US clients
, with hands-on experience in
cold calling and US business development processes
.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads for tech outsourcing services (IT, software, accounting, back-office, etc.).
Perform cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach for the
US market
.
Identify client requirements and propose suitable outsourcing solutions.
Manage end-to-end client onboarding and handover to delivery teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and reporting.
Required Skills & Experience:
6+ years of experience in
Business Development / Sales
in the
Tech Outsourcing or IT Services industry
.
Proven experience in
US process & US market sales
.
Strong exposure to
cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition
.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills (verbal and written).
Comfortable working in
US time zones
.
Experience with CRM tools and sales pipelines is a plus.
