Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales professional to expand our client base and drive revenue growth in the IT domain. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT sales, client management, and strategic business development.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in the IT sector.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and emerging opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct presentations, product demos, and customized proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies.
Account Management
Act as a strategic advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction and continued engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, delivery, support) to ensure seamless project execution.
Identify account growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
Reporting & Strategy
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Contribute to strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
Represent the company at industry events, networking meets, and exhibitions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
1-3 years of proven experience in IT sales, business development, or account management.
Strong understanding of IT products, software solutions, and services (cloud, infrastructure, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
