About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Business Development Manager to promote and sell our English Training Program to Nursing Colleges, Medical Colleges, and other Higher Education Institutions that need Spoken English development for their students.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach Nursing Colleges, Medical Colleges, and other institutions Make outbound calls, visit campuses (if required), and pitch the program Generate leads and convert them into successful sales Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in colleges Achieve monthly sales targets and reporting
Requirements

Strong communication skills in English Good negotiation and convincing skills Prior sales or BDM experience in education sector is a plus (not mandatory) Self-driven and target-oriented personality Ability to confidently speak to college management / principals / HODs
What We Offer

Fixed salary ?10,000 to ?15,000 based on performance & interview

20% commission
