Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with prior experience in sales, preferably in the

medical or IT sector

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the medical or IT domain. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas of growth. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and operations) to ensure smooth project execution. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools. Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote company services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales (Medical or IT domain preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand technical or medical products/services and convey value propositions effectively. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing or Business Management. Experience in handling institutional or corporate clients. Knowledge of digital sales tools and market analytics.
