Business Development Manager

to lead our growth and admissions initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to increase student admissions and enrollments. Build and maintain relationships with schools, parents, and partner organizations. Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential partnerships. Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote courses. Conduct market research to analyze competition and trends in the education sector. Organize events, workshops, and seminars to increase visibility of Amore Learning. Prepare and present regular reports on admissions, revenue, and growth targets. Collaborate with academic and operations teams to align business goals. Meet monthly and annual sales/admissions targets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in education/training). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented mindset with proven record of meeting or exceeding targets. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/marketing tools.
