As we continue to grow and strengthen our presence, we are looking for a

highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager

with strong business development skills to join our dynamic team. This is a

remote position

, offering flexibility while working closely with our international operations.

Key Responsibilities

Contact potential client through email and cold calls. Follow up to develop pipeline and leads and conclude the client contract. Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities and client relationships. Collaborate with management and team to drive client acquisition and retention initiatives. Create and manage content across digital platforms, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with company objectives. Develop and implement effective media, marketing, and branding strategies to enhance company visibility in the maritime sector. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic growth.

Requirements

Proven experience in

media management, marketing, and business development

, preferably within the

maritime industry

. Strong understanding of global maritime services and client needs. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setup while coordinating with international teams. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, media campaigns, and client engagement strategies.
