Job Description

Our client, a global leader in outsourcing, outstaffing, engineering, R&D, consulting, and technical merchandising seeking remote BDM having 10+ years experience in Retail, Merchandising, Outstaffing or Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and grow B2B opportunities in India and ASEAN markets

Build partnerships with clients, industry bodies, and government agencies

Lead market entry and expansion plans with cross-functional teams

Drive growth across Retail, Outsourcing, and Manufacturing sectors

Represent the company at industry events and public forum

Track KPIs and ensure strategic alignment with business goals

Requirements:



10+ years of BizDev experience in target sectors

Proven client acquisition track record

Strong network in India's B2B ecosystem

Familiar with product launches and market research

Knowledge of India's startup/VC landscape is a plus

Languages: Hindi, English
