Overview:

The Sales Development Manager (SDM) will be responsible for driving sales growth through lead

management, effective communication, diligent follow-ups, and accurate quotation handling -- all while

working remotely. This role plays a key part in the company?s customer acquisition and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Follow-Up:

- Handle inbound and outbound leads, ensuring timely and consistent follow-ups

- Maintain detailed communication logs and track lead status

Sales Generation:

- Convert qualified leads into successful sales

- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets

Quotation Preparation:

- Prepare accurate and customized quotations based on client requirements

- Ensure quotations are professionally presented and delivered on time

Reporting & Target Tracking:

- Maintain records of personal performance and sales achievements

- Share regular updates with the management and adapt strategies for better results

Essential Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent follow-up and client engagement skills

- Fluent in both verbal and written communication

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quick to learn CRM tools

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from a remote setup

Additional Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (preferred)

- Prior experience in sales or business development

- Organized, disciplined, and multitasker with a results-driven mindset

Desirable Qualities

- Experience preparing detailed quotations

- Strong client service orientation

- Adaptability to remote work and changing business requirements
