Responsibilities:
Identify New Business Opportunities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.
Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Build and Maintain Client Relationships:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Develop customized solutions to meet client needs and maximize value.
Drive Company Growth:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative products and services that meet market demand.
Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and business cases to prospective clients.
Close deals and finalize contracts to secure new business opportunities.
Provide Leadership and Support:
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team to optimize performance and productivity.
Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and achieve their goals.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related field.
