About the Role:

We are looking for a high-performing

Business Development Manager

with hands-on experience in

diagnostics sales

, specifically focused on the

organ transplant segment

. This is a

purely field-based role

-- ideal for someone who has sold diagnostic solutions to

hospitals and transplant-specialist doctors

, and holds a strong clinical network.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead business development for Trunome's

transplant-focused diagnostic solutions

by engaging with

hospitals, transplant centers

, and

specialist doctors

. Build and nurture strong relationships with

nephrologists, hepatologists, urologists, transplant surgeons

, and

hospital transplant coordinators

. Conduct regular field visits -- this is a

100% on-ground sales role

(no inside sales). Identify new business opportunities and expand presence in the

organ transplant diagnostics market

. Serve as a clinical liaison and product expert, educating healthcare professionals on the diagnostic and clinical value of Trunome's offerings. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's strategic growth.

Candidate Profile:

Experience:

Minimum 2+ years

of experience in

diagnostics or transplant-related medical sales

. Must have experience selling directly to

hospitals and clinicians

.

Domain Knowledge & Network:

Strong knowledge of

organ transplant diagnostics

and post-transplant monitoring. Existing network of

transplant specialists

(nephrologists, hepatologists, urologists, etc.) and

transplant units in hospitals

. Preferred: Experience with

molecular diagnostics, immunology, or transplant-specific kits

.

Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated and capable of independently managing a sales territory. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned cities and surrounding regions.
