Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with at least 5 years of proven experience in cold calling and lead generation, specifically targeting the US and UK markets is mandatory. The ideal candidate will also have a solid background in IT services. You will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and closing deals in alignment with our revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-ups to prospects in the US and UK markets.

Generate qualified leads through various channels including cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.

Understand client needs and present tailored IT service solutions.

Prepare proposals, conduct negotiations, and close sales with small to mid-size enterprises.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and client needs in the IT services space.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in cold calling and business development targeting the US and UK markets.

Prior experience in selling IT services, preferably SaaS ,Daas,.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Strong analytical skills and business acumen.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Prior agency or consultancy experience in IT services or digital transformation preferred.
