Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and articulate Business Development Manager to join our growth team. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities -- whether through Zoho partners or direct clients -- and managing early-stage relationships to ensure seamless handoff to the delivery team.
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets (primarily US, Australia, and the Middle East)
Build and maintain strong relationships with Zoho partners, resellers, and direct clients
Understand client requirements and pitch Evoluz's Zoho implementation services as tailored solutions
Manage end-to-end sales cycle -- from initial outreach to deal closure
Coordinate with the project/delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
Meet monthly targets for outreach, discovery calls, proposals sent, and closed deals
Maintain accurate data in CRM and provide regular sales reporting
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
Strong understanding of SaaS, CRM, or IT service sales
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written + spoken English)
Ability to work in international time zones (US/AU overlap)
Confident in handling Zoom/Google Meet presentations and client negotiations
Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or Zoho CRM is a plus
Prior exposure to Zoho ecosystem or process automation is a strong advantage
