We are seeking a dynamic and confident Business Development Manager based in Mumbai, capable of representing the organization to large groups of
government officials
and institutional stakeholders. The role requires strong
B2B sales expertise
, excellent
presentation skills
, and readiness for
extensive pan-India travel.
Key Responsibilities
Present proposals, projects, and initiatives to government officials and large audiences (60-70 people).
Develop and manage relationships with government departments, agencies, and institutional partners.
Identify and convert B2B business opportunities across regions.
Travel pan-India for meetings, presentations, and field visits.
Prepare proposals, reports, presentations, and official documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and client servicing.
Act as the primary relationship manager for government and partner organizations.
Skills & Requirements
Mandatory B2B sales experience.
Fluency in
Marathi (reading & writing)
is essential.
Strong communication, negotiation, and public-speaking skills.
Confident personality with excellent presentation skills.
Experience working with government bodies is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Education
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or have experience in a related field.
