We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and self-driven Business Development Manager with strong presentation skills and the ability to address large groups (60-70 government officials). The ideal candidate should have hands-on B2B sales experience and the ability to build long-term stakeholder relationships across government and institutional sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Present proposals, projects, and initiatives to government officials and large audiences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, partners, and agencies.
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the B2B segment.
Travel pan-India for meetings, presentations, and field visits.
Prepare and deliver proposals, reports, presentations, and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to support client and project requirements.
Act as a relationship manager for partner organizations and government bodies.
Skills & Requirements:
Mandatory experience in B2B sales.
Fluency in Marathi (reading & writing)
is essential.
Extensive travel readiness
is a key requirement.
Strong communication, negotiation, and public-speaking skills.
Confident and dynamic personality with excellent presentation ability.
Experience working with government agencies is a strong added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Experience in business development, government liaison, or institutional partnerships preferred.
Education:
Graduation in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
