Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector. Build and maintain strong client and dealer relationships. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients. Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions for clients. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field 4+ yrs experience in real estate sales Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven experience in business development within the real estate industry in Raj nagar extension and NH-24 is must

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.

Own vehicle must

Own network of dealers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
