Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new clients for residential, commercial, and agricultural plots and lands. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and local stakeholders. Conduct detailed market research to identify potential areas for sales growth. Stay updated on property trends, government regulations, and local market conditions around Patna and neighboring areas. Develop and execute strategies to generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking. Convert leads into successful sales by effectively communicating property features, benefits, and legal details. Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective buyers, showcasing property features and advantages. Negotiate property prices and payment terms with clients to close deals.

Requirements:

Experience

: Minimum 1-6 years of sales experience in the real estate sector, specifically in land and plot sales.

Education

:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills

: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Familiarity with the Patna real estate market and surrounding areas.

Other Requirements

: Valid driver's license and own vehicle for site visits.
