We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executives to join our team, focusing on Sourcing clients for working capital products for the Agri processing Industry, traders, stockists and other supply chain participants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall revenues.

Key Responsibilities:

o Identify and target potential clients for working capital products and sourcing solutions. o Acquiring and managing customers for Warehouse receipt financing, Bill Discounting and various other trade finance products. o Managing sourcing phase to approval, execution of docs, loading of limit, servicing & credit monitoring stage. o Sourcing new clients from customer reference & Cross sell to the existing customers o Maintaining meaningful

relationships

with existing clients to ensure that they are retained. Take care of all other regular service issues of clients, guiding client for maximum utilization of limits and services. o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. o Understand client requirements and provide solutions to meet their working capital needs. o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. o Ensure timely collection of dues from the customers with no delays.

Essentials:

o Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Skills:

o Strong sales, communication and interpersonal skills. o Good Relationship Management Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. o Excellent negotiation and closing skills. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Time management and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
