We are looking for an energetic and result-driven

Business Development Manager (BDM)

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have

1 year of experience

in sales, marketing, or business development, and should be confident in meeting targets, handling clients, and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities Meet monthly sales and enrollment targets Build and maintain strong client relationships Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information Conduct follow-ups with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email Maintain daily reports of leads, visits, and conversions Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotions Represent the organization professionally during client meetings or events

Required Skills:



Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong presentation skills Basic knowledge of CRM tools / lead management Ability to work independently and as part of a team Confidence, positive attitude, and target-oriented mindset

Qualification:



Bachelor's degree (preferred) Minimum

1 year of experience

in Business Development / Sales
