To generate business by identifying potential customers, promoting company products, maintaining strong client relationships and achieving assigned sales targets in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and field visits.
Promote and sell company products to existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions and quotations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, design, production, etc.) for smooth order execution.
Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and basic issue resolution professionally.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for review meetings.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards.
