Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships by understanding and addressing client needs.

Business Development

: Identify new opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term clients while exceeding sales targets.

Representation of Addox

: Represent Addox in meetings, calls, and events, presenting our services to potential clients.

Sales Process Management

: Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth client experience.

Collaboration Across Teams

: Work with sales, marketing, and creative teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client goals.

Client Meetings and Follow-ups

: Attend in-office and external meetings, provide updates, and ensure ongoing communication.

Digital Marketing Knowledge

: Leverage digital marketing expertise to offer relevant solutions and strategies.

Negotiation & Closing

: Close deals efficiently while ensuring mutual benefit and fostering long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in a digital marketing or tech-related industry. Strong communication skills with an ability to present and negotiate effectively. Knowledge of digital marketing services and trends is a significant advantage. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
