Business Development Manager - Digital Marketing (SEO & PPC)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in digital marketing, specifically SEO and PPC services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in generating qualified business leads through email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and other modern prospecting tools. This role is focused on revenue generation, client acquisition, and building long-term business relationships for our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities for SEO and PPC services through outbound activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, and other lead generation platforms.
Identify, target, and engage potential clients (SMEs, startups, and enterprises) requiring SEO, Google Ads, and performance marketing solutions.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by researching markets, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings or calls with prospects.
Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
Understand client business goals and recommend suitable SEO and PPC strategies in coordination with the delivery team.
Follow up with prospects consistently to move them through the sales funnel and close deals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and conversions using CRM or tracking tools.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:

1-4 years of experience in business development or sales within a digital marketing agency, with a strong focus on SEO and PPC services.
Proven hands-on experience in lead generation through email marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and other outreach tools.
Solid understanding of SEO concepts, Google Ads, PPC models, and digital marketing workflows.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport with international and domestic clients.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience selling SEO, PPC, or performance marketing services to global clients.
Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of proposal tools and email automation software.
