Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and onboard clinics, salons, wellness centers, and allied businesses
Develop and manage B2B partnerships and tie-up agreements
Generate leads and close B2B sales deals
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution
Maintain CRM, sales reports, and pipeline updates
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in
B2B sales / business development
Experience in healthcare, clinics, salons, wellness, or service industry preferred
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused
Travel Requirement:
Field sales role requiring regular local travel for meetings and tie-ups
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
