We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven
BDM (Business Development Manager)
to expand and manage sales for our
Forex Services
. The role involves acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships, and achieving revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives in the forex and financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
Forex Services
, including foreign exchange, international remittance, forex cards, and related solutions
Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporates, travel agents, students, exporters, and importers
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, compliance, and marketing) for smooth client onboarding and service delivery
Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements
Maintain accurate sales reports and client records using CRM tools
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
3 to 5 years of relevant experience
in
Forex, Banking, or Financial Services sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage clients and close deals
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
