We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, quick to learn, and capable of identifying and converting new business opportunities. You will play a key role in lead generation, client communication, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, InMail, and networking platforms.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent and professional communication.
Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to engage prospects and convert them into clients.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business growth objectives.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate records of interactions and lead status.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging opportunities and trends.
Requirements
Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation and using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to craft personalised outreach messages and build rapport with decision-makers.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong record of achieving or exceeding targets.
Knowledge of the IT/software industry is preferred..
