We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead IT sales, drive new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and close new business for IT services
Handle complete sales cycle (Lead ? Proposal ? Closure)
Build long-term relationships with domestic & international clients
Prepare proposals, presentations & negotiations
Mentor junior sales/BDM team members
Requirements:
5-10+ years of experience in IT Business Development
Strong knowledge of IT services (Web, Software, Digital, Apps, etc.)
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
